  1. 1. What the Application Does

Voltaire Reader aggregates publicly available RSS/Atom feeds and allows you to read them. The content of individual articles belongs to their respective publishers.

  2. 4. Voltaire Pro and User Accounts

The basic version of the Application is free and operates locally. Voltaire Pro is an optional subscription processed via the Google Play platform, which unlocks advanced features such as cloud-based article translations and content synchronisation across devices.

To use Voltaire Pro, signing in via Google Sign-In is required. The user is solely responsible for the security of their Google account and for any activities conducted within the Application under that sign-in.

  3. 2. Third-Party Content

We accept no liability for third-party content, the accuracy of texts, or the availability of individual RSS feeds. The original publishers are solely responsible for the published articles and their respective websites.

  4. 3. Provided 'AS IS'

The Application is provided 'AS IS' and without any warranties. We strive for maximum reliability and cloud stability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, consistent translation speeds, or entirely error-free performance.

  5. 5. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Application for unlawful purposes. It is strictly prohibited to exploit or overload the Application's cloud infrastructure, translation module, or synchronisation layer by any automated means (e.g., bots, scripts), or to attempt to disrupt their operation. In the event of detected cloud abuse or attempts to overload the infrastructure, the Controller reserves the right to immediately restrict or block the user's access to the subscription services.
